Mr. Turner-Monahan and his team are an incredible group of individuals who got me through this stressful divorce these last few YEARS. From day one Mr. Monahan has done everything in his power to make sure I didn’t stress over the “little things” of this divorce. He made sure to communicate what was expected to happen in this process, especially since it included a child, and never failed to answer all my questions/concerns. When I was looking for a lawyer for my child custody case I searched many websites but Tuner-Monahan was the easiest and fastest way to get ahold of a lawyer. For anyone else looking for some help in many aspects of family law I would definitely give these guys a call. They are very helpful in many ways. Only a call away or email away in my case. Better than I could have ever hoped for!
Tyler and his team was my second stop after a well advertised "Fathers Rights" attorney lost my paperwork...sick to my stomach, I knew I needed someone who cared and could represent a caring father against a manipulative mother. Tyler killed it and everything went flawlessly. I got everything I asked for and my kids best interest was always a priority despite their mothers desperate attempts to control the situation.

Great estate attorney
Mr. Monahan handled our mother's estate when she died. It was rather complicated and he was both knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. He was never too busy to take our phone calls or to sit and explain issues to us. We would definitely use him again in any other legal matter. After the estate was settled we had him write new wills for us.
