Mr. Monahan graduated from the M.J. Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas, and also attended Rice University in Houston, Texas completing the Certified Financial Planner Certification Education Program. Mr. Monahan attended Texas Wesleyan University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor, obtained a temporary law license while in law school and worked at the school’s Law Clinic representing low-income clients with domestic relations and family law issues.
Prior to joining Turner-Monahan, PLLC, Mr. Monahan was a Financial Advisor for RBC Dain Rauscher and a solo practitioner of law. At RBC, Mr. Monahan handled complex estate planning issues for high net worth individuals and worked closely with estate planning attorneys and CPA’s.
Mr. Monahan currently is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association, Tarrant County Bar Association, the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys, Texas Christian University Alumni Association and the Cherokee Nation.
